Terms of Service

What this is

Onomara provides monthly AI-visibility (GEO) and search-visibility (SEO) services for local businesses, as described on our pricing page. By purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms — they are the service agreement between you and Onomara.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee that any AI platform will mention, cite, or recommend your business, or that your search rankings will improve. Nobody controls these models — not us, not Google, not OpenAI. What we promise is the work described in your plan, measured and reported every month.

Billing

Plans are billed upfront — monthly, or annually at a 20% discount. Monthly plans carry a 3-month initial term: the first three months are a commitment, billed one month at a time, and the full three months are due even if you cancel early. After the initial term, everything is month-to-month and you may cancel anytime; service continues through the end of the period you've already paid for. Annual plans are paid in full upfront and satisfy the initial-term commitment. No cancellation fees, no partial-period refunds.

What you provide

To do the work we may need manager access to your Google Business Profile and access to your website or CMS, plus timely approvals when we ask. You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information you give us.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site or service for anything unlawful, don't misrepresent your business to us, and don't resell the service without our written permission.

Ownership

Our methodology, templates, systems, and the Onomara website are ours. Work we create specifically for you — audit reports, content pages, and anything we publish or deliver to you under your plan — is yours to keep, including if you cancel. Your business data stays yours.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for what AI platforms say about your business — see the no-guarantees section above.

Changes

We may update these terms; clients get emailed about material changes first.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from these terms or the services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
