Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect the info you give us on the audit form, use it to deliver your audit and follow up about it, and never sell it. Email us at hello@onomara.com about anything privacy-related.

What we collect

• Audit requests: your name, business name, website, service area, industry, email, phone number, and your answers to the qualification questions on the form.
• If you become a client: billing details (processed by our payment provider — we never see or store your card number), plus whatever access you grant us to do the work (e.g., Google Business Profile manager access).
• The audit itself measures public information about your business — your website, Google profile, reviews, directory listings. That's public data, not private data.

How we use it

• To deliver your free audit and follow up about it (the audit email and the follow-up sequence).
• Marketing emails only if you opt in. The audit form has a checkbox for occasional AI-visibility tips and Onomara updates — unchecked by default. Your audit arrives whether you check it or not. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link; one click and you're out.
• To run the service for clients: monthly reporting, billing, and support.

What we never do

• Sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing. Ever.
• Track email opens or clicks on outreach emails.

Business contact information

We also contact businesses using contact details they publish publicly (for example, an email address listed on a company's own website) to tell them about our services. Every such email identifies Onomara, includes our mailing address, and carries an unsubscribe link — one click, or a reply saying so, and we stop contacting that business permanently. We never contact a business that has opted out.

Cookies

We may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to see which pages get visited. No advertising trackers, and no analytics is running on the site today.

Your rights

Email hello@onomara.com to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. We'll act promptly.

How long we keep it

We keep audit and client records while you're a prospect or client, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal and accounting obligations. If you unsubscribe from marketing emails, we keep only what's needed to honor that choice (a suppression record) and delete the rest on request.
